Returns

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Certain products (such as custom/personalized items) are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at vibeaze@vibeaze.com.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
